Transaction Summary
We received a call from one of our referring Attorneys on a Friday, and funded the needed loan within 2 days of the initial contact. The borrower needed to raise cash quickly to head off foreclosure of a rental property he owned in Norfolk County. During due diligence, we ran into some title issues with the subject rental property, so we worked with the Attorney and Borrower to secure the loan with additional collateral.
Even without a “squeaky clean” title, TCP provided fast financing, helping the borrower to head off imminent foreclosure.
